Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a range of individual and group counseling services to clients, adhering to scheduled direct service hours and coordinating treatment plans to ensure consistency in care.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to understand the client's history and current situation, laying the groundwork for effective treatment.

• Facilitate the establishment and review of an initial treatment plan with each patient, promoting engagement and participation in their recovery journey.

• Develop and implement aftercare and discharge plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring a smooth transition during critical phases of recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily support individuals grappling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n
