Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day functions will involve various critical tasks, including:

• Providing personalized clinical services by developing and implementing recovery-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conducting ongoing assessments to determine client treatment requirements and adjusting plans accordingly.

• Monitoring individual service plans collaboratively with clients to ensure that therapeutic goals are being met and adjusted as necessary.

• Facilitating skill-building sessions, helping clients develop coping, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.

• Educating clients on available community resources, advocating for their access to these vital services.

• Engaging in symptom monitoring and management, addressing behavioral issues such as anger management, and assisting with aftercare planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with adults (18 years and older) facing varying degrees of mental illness, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other related issues. Many of our clients require support in navigating the complexities of daily living while managing their mental health, and your expertise will be critical in guiding them through these challenges.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without requiring supervision, along with no current disciplinary actions on professional licenses.

Compensation and Benefits\n
