Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the immediate and long-term mental health needs of clients, utilizing tools such as standardized assessment questionnaires and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, adapting techniques to meet the diverse backgrounds and needs of each client.

• Utilize secure telehealth platforms for delivering therapeutic services, ensuring seamless support and engagement during virtual sessions.

• Document all therapy sessions meticulously and in a timely manner, including treatment progress notes, to support compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client base, helping individuals from various demographics and walks of life. This role involves working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our telehealth model enables you to reach clients in underserved areas or those unable to access traditional in-person therapy due to various constraints.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and a therapeutic alliance with clients remotely.

• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and cultural sensibility toward clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle client schedules and session documentation.
