Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rapha Mental and Wellness Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, including assessment results, treatment progress, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and strategies that enhance client care.

• Conduct follow-up sessions to monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary.

• Utilize tools and methodologies that prioritize client engagement and foster a therapeutic alliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health counselor in Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD).

• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical psychotherapy, specifically with adult clients.

• Strong proficiency in conducting intake assessments, formulating diagnoses, and crafting treatment plans.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
