Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to address clients' mental health needs.

• Employing active listening techniques and empathetic communication to encourage clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and motivations.

• Acting as an advocate for clients, helping them to clarify their personal goals and the steps needed to achieve them.

• Assessing clients’ mental health status and developing tailored treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach based on your clinical expertise.

• Maintaining accurate records of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with established standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of stable adults exhibiting low-acuity mental health issues. Each client is carefully screened to ensure suitability and align with your expertise, resulting in a therapeutic environment where you can foster significant progress without the challenges associated with severe mental health cases.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A valid, unrestricted state license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.

• No limited or provisional licenses; no disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, an empathetic approach, and a commitment to ethical practice.

• Proficiency with technology to effectively utilize our telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on the number of hours worked and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
