Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, ensuring a holistic understanding of each patient's needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, considering their goals, experiences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various therapeutic settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, offering immediate support and solutions to patients in acute distress.

• Record and maintain accurate clinical documentation, such as progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and enhance treatment outcomes for all patients.

Qualifications\n
