Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of diverse client populations, applying evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation such as service reports and mental health treatment records in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with institutional staff and multidisciplinary teams, offering insights regarding client mental health management and participating in case consultations.

This role will involve serving a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and various personality disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a strong background in crisis management and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
