This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still engaging closely with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Winter Therapy, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs during initial consultations.

• Collaboratively develop and manage personalized care plans that are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and progress.

• Offer ongoing support and education to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and navigate available resources.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and health coaches, to ensure well-rounded care and continuity of services.

• Stay informed about the latest industry advancements and evidence-based practices to continually enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Document and track client progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, often grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, the following qualifications are essential:
