Key Responsibilities\n

1. Assessment: Conduct in-depth assessments for clients presenting with mood disorders, gathering essential information related to their mental health history, current symptoms, and psychosocial factors influencing their well-being.

4. Psychotherapy: Administer appropriate evidence-based psychotherapy methods, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindful approaches, to facilitate therapeutic progress.

5. Medication Management Collaboration: Work closely with our supervising psychiatrist to oversee clients who may require medication management, contributing insights on treatment efficacy and any side effects encountered.

6. Crisis Intervention: Deliver timely crisis intervention services for clients facing acute challenges related to their mood disorders.

7. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to support high-quality care and adhere to regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

The total compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, in addition to performance bonuses based on individual and organizational success.
