Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexible work dynamics while ensuring dedicated outpatient care to clients. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities on a rotational basis to accommodate client needs. You will utilize various telehealth platforms to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring access to care for clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate symptoms of mood disorders, establishing a baseline for effective treatment interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and self-care strategies to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Monitor client progress, documenting changes, feedback, and adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Stay abreast of emerging research and best practices in mood disorder treatment, integrating new knowledge into practice for enhanced client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Act as an advocate for clients, working towards de-stigmatizing mood disorders and ensuring their mental health needs are met within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
