This position is primarily remote, allowing mental health professionals the flexibility to work from home while also maintaining a connection to our outpatient community office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intakes with new clients to set the foundation for their therapy journey.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing both traditional and innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that promote peer interaction and shared experiences among clients facing similar challenges.

• Develop, implement, and periodically revise personalized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and collaboration with clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate effective care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Simple Serenity, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups who are experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will leverage your expertise to foster a safe and empathetic environment, guiding clients toward positive change and mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that promote trust and rapport with clients.

• The ability to establish effective therapeutic relationships with a broad spectrum of individuals from various demographics.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a counseling or mental health care setting is preferred, ideally in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
