Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health conditions and develop effective treatment plans that address specific patient goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, including treatment progress and coordination with other health care professionals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on clinical experience in mental health counseling, focusing on diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 yearly, relative to your experience and caseload.
