This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through secure online platforms. Our outpatient office operates Monday through Saturday, providing flexibility in scheduling therapy sessions to fit your lifestyle. Our team offers in-house credentialing, insurance management, and administrative support to enhance your focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Maintain ongoing communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding assessment findings, treatment interventions, and care plans through collaborative meetings and documentation.

• Perform case management duties related to assigned clients, facilitating referrals to community resources and ensuring continuity of care.

• Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in accordance with departmental policies.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to ensure you stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Advanced degrees and certifications are preferred.

• Flexibility to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, adapting to both client needs and your preferred schedule.
