Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position supports an outpatient office setup that promotes collaboration among healthcare professionals and allows the convenience of telehealth services, ensuring that you can effectively reach and assist clients in various locations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their individual needs and circumstances.

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address a variety of mental health conditions.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, including patient histories, treatment progress, assessments, and treatment outcomes, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate actively with colleagues such as psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, sharing insights and knowledge about the psychosocial factors that may impact client treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about coping strategies, community resources, and pathways to recovery, helping them navigate through difficult situations.
\n
• Manage crisis situations tactfully while employing best practices in crisis intervention, particularly relating to areas such as substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise and experience in handling these various demographics will significantly influence positive outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Oregon.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic record-keeping systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing counseling services, ideally in a telehealth format.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in crisis situations and knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
