Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting supportive individual therapy sessions via telehealth under the guidance of nursing staff.
\n
• Documenting observations and patient information accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with departmental standards.
\n
• Working closely with the treatment team to develop, update, and monitor effective therapeutic treatment plans based on patient progress.

• Providing clients and their families with orientation and education regarding the treatment process and resources available.
\n
• Assisting clients with personal needs as required, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
\n
• Advocating for additional services or resources for clients when appropriate, promoting their overall wellness.

• Regularly writing progress notes that reflect client advancements towards their treatment objectives and adjusting plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid, state-issued license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW; provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic techniques and patient interaction.

• The ability to make sound professional assessments and recommendations for treatment, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to empathize with clients.

• Strong computer proficiency to maintain accurate electronic health records and perform remote counseling efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient therapy, telehealth practices, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
