Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will be multifaceted and will require the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, using a variety of evidence-based assessment tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the initial assessments, ensuring a tailored approach to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Engage in continuous communication with interdisciplinary teams, providing update documentation and attending patient rounds to discuss treatment efficacy and progress.

• Demonstrate competence in addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients throughout their treatment journey.

• Collaborate with case management to coordinate care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive support from both community resources and clinical services.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to execute clinical interventions effectively, helping clients achieve their personal goals.

• Complete all required documentation efficiently and ethically, maintaining the highest standards of compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population including individuals, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
