Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Engaging directly with clients to identify their unique challenges and collaboratively set achievable treatment goals.

• Providing evidence-based prevention-oriented therapy that addresses immediate concerns as well as long-term mental health strategies.

• Developing, implementing, and continuously reviewing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.

• Coordinating care with external treatment providers and necessary placement agencies to enhance client support and resources.

• Ensuring timely and thorough documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with regulations and best practices.

• Maintaining a manageable caseload through efficient scheduling and record-keeping while attending regular staff meetings to foster professional development and sharing of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and fully licensed credential as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
