Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique mental health needs during virtual consultations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an independent license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW), issued by the state board. Note that limited or provisional licenses are not eligible for this position.

• Demonstrated ability to make sound professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations to guide the treatment planning process.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong capacity for empathy, enabling you to connect deeply with clients.

• Proficient in electronic health record systems and general computer skills to facilitate efficient client management and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings is highly desired, particularly with adult populations.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
