The ideal candidate will possess licensure as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This role is critical in providing high-quality clinical counseling services to a diverse patient population, ensuring that individuals, families, and first responders receive the support they need to navigate their mental health challenges.

Our clinic operates within a modern outpatient office setting, although this position allows for complete remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, with the potential to conduct family, marriage, and/or group therapy sessions based on your areas of expertise.
\n
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices using a multi-disciplinary approach, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Regularly reassess clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed in response to their evolving mental health status.
\n
• Provide mental health screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify treatment needs and measure outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to ensure holistic support for all clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to refine skills and stay informed about current trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves addressing the mental health needs of a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and first responders. Our team is particularly focused on individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders, trauma, and issues related to substance abuse. By offering compassionate care and tailored therapeutic strategies, you will play an integral role in helping clients achieve improved mental health outcomes and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon.

• Strong knowledge of ethical standards and best practices in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience.
