Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Provide targeted individual and group therapy sessions focusing on a range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and familial challenges.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcome metrics using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage actively in clinical team meetings to review client cases, refine therapeutic approaches, and develop office protocols for managing various mental health conditions.

• Offer emotional support and care coordination services, assisting clients and their families in navigating mental health resources and systems.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by seeking supervision, attending workshops, or obtaining additional certifications relevant to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals facing mental health challenges in an outpatient setting. The typical client may include children and adolescents, families in crisis, and adults with co-occurring disorders requiring both mental health and substance use treatment. The counselor will play a vital role in guiding these clients toward recovery and enhancing their overall well-being through personalized care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a closely related field is required.

• Must have an active and valid state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.
