Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various mental health therapy techniques and interventions to deliver effective treatment to individuals and families faced with diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to develop individualized treatment and initial discharge plans, ensuring all needs are adequately addressed.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each patient's specific treatment goals.

• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy services in accordance with facility and professional guidelines, promptly revising reports as required.

• Manage and regularly review a caseload, ensuring continuity of care and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• Possession of or eligibility for state licensure as a professional therapy provider is essential; candidates must hold current designations as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Proven experience working with clients across the lifespan, supporting a diverse range of clinical issues.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with dual diagnoses, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be particularly valued. Applicants who can demonstrate a successful track record of building rapport with various patient demographics will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
