Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.

• Apply a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to implement effective treatment strategies, empowering clients with innovative coping mechanisms.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that high standards of ethical practice and professionalism are upheld at all times.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals, to deliver cohesive and well-rounded care to our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

New Era Family Behavioral Services offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
