Key Responsibilities\n

• Document all client interactions and care developments on the same day, ensuring clear, accurate record-keeping that complies with industry standards.

• Complete critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours as warranted to maintain compliance and support client safety.
\n
• Participate in after-hours phone coverage on an alternating basis, offering essential care coordination support to clients in need.
\n
• Engage actively with clients, utilizing crisis de-escalation skills to help prevent crises and reduce reliance on emergency services.
\n
• Maintain crisis alerts and coordinate with local county crisis services, ensuring timely access to support for participants.
\n
• Facilitate transitions to hospital or inpatient services when necessary, collaborating effectively with hospital staff on discharge planning.
\n
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Assist in monitoring client progress through regular follow-up, adjusting care plans to meet evolving needs.

• Perform additional duties as needed, contributing to a dynamic, responsive treatment environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
