Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in our electronic health record systems.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying current with emerging research, innovative treatment approaches, and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Perform thorough assessments, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and strengths.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, encompassing individuals across various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and presenting mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent credential.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling services in an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse populations and address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside excellent interpersonal abilities.
