Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs and history, ensuring a thorough understanding of their conditions.

• Provide therapeutic support in individual and group settings, addressing concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license/certification in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in delivering therapeutic services to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust quickly with clients.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
