Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and diagnoses to inform individual treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Create, implement, and monitor treatment plans, ensuring ongoing documentation including updates on diagnoses, treatment progress, and case notes, adhering to organizational policies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, when appropriate, engage in family, marriage, and/or group counseling to address relational dynamics and enhance support systems.
\n
• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to identify clients' treatment needs and facilitate appropriate referrals to additional services.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to provide mental health consultation and coordinate referring services as required.
\n
• Stay up-to-date on current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in mental health and counseling to ensure best practices in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. The therapist will engage directly with clients, promoting emotional healing and resilience while creating a safe space for families to explore their concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies within outpatient settings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapeutic services, specifically working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
