Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their psychological, social, and emotional contexts.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient, including methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health issues prevalent in this age group. Qualifications\n

• A state-licensed clinical practitioner (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT) is required. Note that we are unable to accept applicants with an associate's license due to billing limitations with Medicare.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or related fields.

• Strong foundation in child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and family counseling to youth populations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with children and their families.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

• Adept at working as part of a multidisciplinary team, showcasing a strong commitment to collaborative care.
