Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver personalized therapeutic services to individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, adapting as necessary based on progress.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to the specific treatment goals outlined in the patient’s care plan.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy services provided, ensuring compliance with facility standards and state regulations.

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective therapy sessions, and participating in treatment team meetings to discuss and coordinate appropriate methods of care.

• Engage empathetically with clients, recognizing their needs and working collaboratively to address any concerns or complaints that may arise.

• Uphold a commitment to patient safety and confidentiality, making it a top priority at all times.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
