Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on addressing clients' emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies to support clients facing acute emotional distress, ensuring optimal care during vulnerable moments.

• Record and maintain accurate, confidential client documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding client trust.

• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques and other evidence-based methodologies to assist clients in managing behavioral challenges effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and continued monitoring of progress, adhering to best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse clients ranging from adolescents to adults presenting a wide spectrum of mental health issues. Our clients seek therapy for various reasons, including marital problems, psychological disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active state licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in counseling or therapy, demonstrating solid therapeutic skills and a deep understanding of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
