Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to determine their substance abuse history and mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, ensuring alignment with the client's personal recovery goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that leverage evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive and integrated client care.

• Provide education and resources to clients' families to enhance their engagement in the recovery process, fostering a supportive home environment.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

You will primarily work with adults struggling with substance abuse, as well as those with accompanying mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
