Work Environment\n

This position is primarily conducted remotely, integrating the benefits of telehealth practices to provide flexible care. Our telehealth facility allows you to connect with clients via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms, ensuring confidentiality while leveraging technology to enhance the therapeutic experience. You will engage in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions to ensure you stay informed on best practices and company policies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to accurately identify individual needs and create customized treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges.

• Apply your creativity to design and implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing techniques that ensure clients not only meet but exceed their treatment goals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment summaries, abiding by company guidelines and regulatory standards to ensure quality of care.

• Manage a schedule of at least 20 client sessions per week, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.

• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, family members, and medical professionals, to guarantee that clients receive comprehensive and integrated support.

• Actively participate in team training and staff meetings, contributing your insights and learning from others to foster a collaborative environment.

• Adopt additional responsibilities as required, contributing to the evolution of our practice in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse array of clients, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various emotional and psychological challenges. You will be crucial in providing a safe space where clients feel heard and validated, helping them navigate their journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a mental health counselor in an outpatient setting, demonstrating your capacity to manage various client cases effectively.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required, ensuring you have a robust theoretical foundation for your practice.

• Active licensure as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California, verifying your qualifications to provide mental health services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for documenting clinical notes and interacting with clients and colleagues.
