Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients’ challenges, followed by the development of targeted treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Provide high-quality, individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, ensuring the approaches fit the client's specific situation, whether it be cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness techniques.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer remote interactions or face barriers to accessing in-person care, ensuring they still receive the necessary support and guidance.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
