Your role will involve daily engagements with clients via virtual sessions, ensuring that you can provide therapy effectively in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial consultations to determine clients’ mental health status based on their reported symptoms and history.

• Design personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique mental health challenges, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide ongoing individual and group counseling sessions, equipping clients with the tools necessary for managing their conditions and achieving their goals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and offer immediate support, ensuring clients feel safe and heard during challenging times.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ progress and feedback, maintaining a client-centered approach to care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to offer comprehensive care, including making referrals to psychiatrists when medication management is needed.

You will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and culturally responsive treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
