Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately assess clients’ symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs.

• Design and implement tailored, family-centered treatment plans based on individual client assessments and cultural considerations.

• Provide outpatient services which may include individual counseling, family therapy, and crisis intervention as necessary.

• Employ trauma-informed practices throughout the treatment process to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Maintain clinical documentation, including client assessments and treatment plans, in accordance with program and regulatory requirements.

• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, ensuring quality services are delivered to the maximum number of clients.

• Collaborate closely with clinical service teams to ensure holistic care and seamless service coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve primarily consists of individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and familial issues. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Licenses: An active clinical license in California as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries within therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, tailored to reflect your experience and expertise.
