Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on strategies that enhance mental health and well-being.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment programs tailored to the diagnosis and treatment of members facing acute or chronic mental health challenges.
\n
• Engage with patients and their families to educate and guide them on compliance with therapeutic interventions and prescribed medication regimens to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

• Utilize community resources effectively, making appropriate referrals to external agencies and support groups as necessary to enhance patient care.
\n
• Regularly prepare and maintain comprehensive records, including intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries, while adhering to state and NCQA regulations.

• Participate actively in departmental staff conferences, contributing insights to refine and enhance treatment programs based on patient feedback and outcomes.
\n
• Supervise and mentor less experienced counselors, including Post Masters Fellows and Associate Clinical Social Workers, contingent upon completion of requisite supervision training.

• Report any safety concerns according to mandated state and local reporting guidelines to protect both clients and the community.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population of all ages facing varying degrees of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is a prerequisite.
