Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments using a variety of tools and methodologies to understand each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Develop and implement customized therapy plans that align with clients' personal goals and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s situation, and continuously monitor and document their progress.

• Provide clients with practical coping skills and techniques to improve their emotional resilience, enabling them to better manage challenging situations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals when necessary, including referrals to specialized services if the client's needs exceed your area of expertise.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to maintain licensure and remain current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population in the Fullerton area, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health conditions. You will work closely with clients from varying socioeconomic backgrounds, empowering them to reclaim control over their lives through effective therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this role.

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience in a mental health setting, showcasing your ability to engage with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
