Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and gather detailed client histories to devise customized therapy plans that meet individual needs.

• Facilitate ongoing individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, actively tracking client progress towards their therapeutic goals.

• Provide clients with practical coping strategies and tools to manage their mental health issues effectively, enhancing their daily functioning and quality of life.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of the client’s mental health are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including session notes and treatment plans, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, ensure compliance with treatment protocols, and share insights for improved service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Many of our clients are navigating complex emotional challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma histories, and substance use disorders. Your role will be instrumental in providing compassionate, culturally competent care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A valid license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Proficient understanding of culturally responsive therapy techniques and an ability to apply them in practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage.
