Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Joy Filled Life, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Providing therapeutic services using various methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation of client sessions and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with health regulations.

• Engaging in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical practice and seek feedback for professional growth.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic care plans that may involve psychiatrists, general practitioners, and other specialists.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

While the above qualifications are essential, candidates with additional experiences such as specialized certifications in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, or experience working with diverse populations will be considered favorably.
