Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic treatment to a diverse patient population using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in individual, group, and family settings.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, outcome assessments, and psycho-social information following agency, local, and federal guidelines.
\n
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with the clinical director and engage in peer consultations to enhance your skill set and provide quality care.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment strategies tailored to each patient's needs.
\n
• Facilitate patient assessments and evaluate progress to inform and adjust treatment plans as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth and adolescent patients, as well as their families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. While the main focus is on the younger demographic, there will also be cross-training opportunities to work with adult populations, enhancing your experience and expertise in the field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is required.
\n
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively to handle a caseload efficiently.

• An understanding of ethical and legal standards pertaining to mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly preferred.
