Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to fit each client’s unique needs.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring access to care for all.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of session notes and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
