Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients during initial consultations to understand their mental health status, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized therapy plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to best serve each individual's needs.

• Provide consistent therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring clients receive ongoing support and encouragement as they work through their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Alvita Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and various other mental health concerns. Our clientele varies in age, background, and life circumstances, providing you with the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a culturally sensitive manner. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of experience providing mental health counseling, demonstrating a history of effective practice.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
