Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, utilizing evidence-based assessment methods to understand clients' needs, documenting every phase from initial consultations to treatment conclusion.

• Develop tailored intervention plans for a wide array of populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing unique sets of challenges faced by each client.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, implementing therapeutic techniques that resonate best with our client demographic, while ensuring a supportive atmosphere.

• Continuously monitor client progress against treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes and prevent setbacks.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including social workers, psychiatrists, and primary care providers, ensuring coordinated care and comprehensive support for each client.

• Provide timely follow-ups and transition support for clients admitted to inpatient care facilities, coordinating with other care providers to ensure a smooth recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Successful completion and passing of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proven track record with a minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor, demonstrating successful client outcomes.

• Strong familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, for efficient patient data management.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and the interplay with physical health and addiction disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
