Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and diagnostic evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health conditions and needs, leveraging a range of psychological assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address individual therapeutic needs and goals, integrating multiple therapeutic modalities as appropriate.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy, fostering a supportive atmosphere for open communication and healing.

• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and ethical standards, ensuring comprehensive tracking of client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through research, training, and best practice reviews, continually enhancing therapeutic skills and knowledge of innovative treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Foundational Healthcare Solutions, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Your role will be pivotal in fostering resilience and facilitating recovery for clients from all walks of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure.
