Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments with new clients to determine their mental health status and treatment needs.

• Design personalized therapy plans, utilizing an understanding of various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, substance addiction, and eating disorders.

• Meet with clients on a regular basis to monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they receive tailored support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is required.

• Minimum of four years of professional experience in a relevant mental health counseling role.

• Proficient understanding of various mental health disorders and competent in evidence-based treatment approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
