Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via secured video conferencing.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, developing tailored, actionable treatment plans to guide therapy.

• Engage in ongoing consultations with clients to track their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This counseling position primarily serves stable, low-acuity adults seeking assistance with mental health concerns. As a mental health counselor at Vibrant Healing, you will be instrumental in addressing issues such as anxiety, mild depression, life transitions, and stress management. Your role will significantly enhance clients' quality of life by equipping them with the necessary tools to cope effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Possession of a current, independent state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Demonstrated ability to conduct therapy independently without supervision, ensuring that clients receive the utmost in care.

• No past or current disciplinary actions on your professional license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, alongside working proficiency in technology as it relates to therapy and client management.

• Reliable internet access to facilitate seamless virtual counseling sessions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a counseling setting, particularly with low-acuity adult clients, will be advantageous.

• Familiarity with teletherapy methodologies and practices is preferred.
