Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An active and independent therapeutic license—specifically, you must hold one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) . Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong clinical assessment skills to effectively evaluate mental health conditions and develop treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which foster rapport and trust with clients.
