Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize crisis management techniques effectively, reporting changes in client behavior and employing strategies to de-escalate difficult situations.

• Maintain familiarity with the DSM-5 for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-licensure clinical experience is required.

• Demonstrated experience in providing marriage and family therapy services to a broad range of clients.
