Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Circle of Care, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality clinical services through telehealth, including conducting assessments and developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
\n
• Continuously evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment approaches to meet changing needs.
\n
• Collaborating with clients to enhance their coping, problem-solving, and communication skills, engaging them in their own recovery journey.

• Providing education on community resources, acting as an advocate, and facilitating access to necessary support services.
\n
• Implementing strategies to improve clients’ daily living and community integration skills.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client demographic primarily consists of adults aged 18 and older who experience various mental health conditions that impede their ability to maintain stability and independence. As a counselor, you will work with individuals facing a range of challenges, from depression and anxiety to more severe mental health disorders. Your proactive engagement will play a crucial role in their rehabilitation and integration back into society.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• The ability to provide independent clinical supervision without oversight.
\n
• A clean disciplinary history with the licensing board.
\n
• Proficiency in computer systems, especially telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

• A reliable Wi-Fi connection for uninterrupted service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:
