Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide therapy to adult and child clients, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective modalities based on each client’s unique needs.

• Manage treatment programs, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments in response to client feedback and evolving challenges.

• Create and maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, including treatment plans, intake summaries, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Supervise post-master fellows and associate clinicians as necessary, facilitating professional growth and adherence to best practices.
\n
• Coordinate with external agencies and community resources, facilitating referrals to ensure clients receive comprehensive support and intervention when needed.

• Participate in regular departmental meetings to evaluate treatment plans and contribute insights that enhance client care and program effectiveness.

• Respond to safety risk reports, ensuring timely communication with mandated reporting agencies as required.

The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a full range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.

• National Provider Identifier must be obtained prior to hire.

Compensation and Benefits\n
