Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate supportive individual therapy sessions for clients via secure telehealth platforms, addressing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Monitor patients’ progress and behaviors, documenting relevant observations and communicating any significant changes to the appropriate team members.

• Advocate for necessary services and interventions on behalf of clients, ensuring they receive the holistic care they need.

• Demonstrate effective crisis management skills; promptly address patient emergencies and collaborate with the clinical team when crises arise.

• Provide orientations to new patients and their families, explaining the therapeutic process and available resources.

• Exhibit strong time management skills by prioritizing tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced telehealth environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and children from various backgrounds and experiences. You will provide marital and family therapy services that are sensitive to the unique challenges faced by different populations, ensuring that all clients receive personalized care that promotes their mental well-being and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals and families.
\n
• Proficient knowledge of diagnosis and treatment planning utilizing the DSM-5 framework.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.
\n
• Experience working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team-based environment.
\n
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing patient needs and work schedules.
\n
• Proficient in using electronic health records and telehealth technologies.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering therapy services to a diverse clientele, including specialization in areas such as trauma, adolescent issues, or chronic mental health conditions.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
